Experience
Joey brings 20+ years of experience as a personal fitness trainer and club director, leading group and one-on-one fitness training sessions. He has a broad range of experience that includes beginner, intermediate, and advanced clients. A former all-state athlete himself, Joey has trained high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. He has extensive experience in time-efficient training programs for weight loss, cardiovascular fitness, core training, strength, endurance speed and agility and nutrition services.
Mission
To enlighten, educate, motivate, and coach men, women, teens and children on the benefits of a healthy lifestyle through proper exercise and nutrition.
Philosophy
Personal health, fitness, and proper nutrition impact every aspect of our lives, including our work, hobbies, personal relationships and sports. I bring a passion for personal fitness and I work to instill that passion in all of my clients. Working out is not just work, it can be fun as well. This will be our approach in the group sessions here at The Irvington Club. Consistency is key!

Personal Training Sessions
Have you been thinking about adding strength training to your weekly workouts but don’t know where to start? Want to brush up on an old skill or learn a new one? Like the idea of working out with a seasoned professional to jumpstart your fitness? Want to work out individually or with a buddy?
Becky Chasse is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and an ITC employee who specializes in helping women in improve their fitness. She enjoys creating a rapport with her personal training clients and works hard to understand their fitness goals and aspirations. Sessions are one hour long and are held at Irvington Tennis Club in the ballroom or weight room.
There are a variety of areas of fitness clients can choose to work on: strength and endurance, flexibility and range of motion, balance and stability, cardiovascular health, bone health, quickness and speed, agility and footwork, hand-eye coordination, motivation, and accountability. Clients also choose which equipment they are interested in utilizing. Some examples are: free weights, body weight, machine weights, bands, cones, sand balls, tennis balls, Bosu, and ladders.
Mission
Becky’s mission as a personal trainer is to meet her clients wherever they are on their fitness journey. She has many tools to help clients achieve their fitness goals, including: excellent listening skills, empathy, motivational techniques, flexibility, and a range of exercises and equipment.
Philosophy
Becky’s philosophy is to create an atmosphere where the client feels safe and understood. Becky takes client safety very seriously. Personal training clients are shown proper techniques for exercises and encouraged to ask questions. She takes pride in individually tailoring every session to create a fun and varying experience. She is highly organized, personable, and she loves to meet new people.

Individual Pricing: 4 sessions $300; 8 sessions $576; 12 sessions $816; 24 sessions $1488
Buddy Pricing Per Person: 4 sessions $210; 8 sessions $400; 12 sessions $570; 24 sessions $1042
Purchases will be charged through the ITC Club Automation System and show up on your statement.
