Weight Room
The Irvington Club’s weight room has everything you need for both an aerobic and weightlifting workout. If you are unfamiliar with the weight room equipment, we suggest that you go through a weight room orientation. All junior members are required to complete a weight room orientation prior to using the exercise equipment.

Our weight room is equipped with state-of-the-art LifeFitness and Hammer machines, in addition to free weights, providing all the tools you need for a wide range of objectives.
