AQUA TONE
Aqua Tone is designed to burn calories and build strength through vigorous, low-impact exercises. Taught by AEA-certified instructor Taylor Scanlon, this challenging multi-depth class incorporates bursts of intense movements followed by short periods of active recovery and rest. Class is set to fun, fast-paced music! No equipment is required.

Swimmers 18+ and of all backgrounds are welcome
Capacity: 2 lanes reserved, 8 people max per workout

To sign up online, login to your Club Automation account, click on the “Group Activities” tab, then click “Masters Swim Class”. From there, you will click the “Sign Up” button next to the class you wish to join.
