Body Sculpting and Fitness
This class is specifically geared for those looking to improve their overall cardiovascular fitness, toning, and weight loss. The emphasis is on core and light weight training. The program is conducted in the ballroom and led by Joey Smith.

Beginning Fitness
We offer a beginning fitness class for all those that are looking to start a new fitness program or for those who want to workout at a little slower pace. Come check out his class every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30 – 10:30 am in the Ballroom!
Junior Conditioning
Class is held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5:00 – 6:00 pm.
