PAST DUE POLICY

Monthly statements will be emailed no later than the 5th of each month. Monthly statements mailed via US Postal Service will go out as soon as possible and after the emailed statements. Payment of monthly bills is due by the 25th day of the month. A 1.5% per month finance charge is assessed each month on all past due amounts. Finance charges will continue to accrue until the account is paid in full.

In addition to the finance charges mentioned above, past due accounts will be handled as follows:

  1. Accounts 1 - 30 days past due: Member will be notified by email of the past due balance.

  2. Accounts 31 - 60 days past due: Member will be notified by mail and email that if their past due balance is not paid by the 25th of the month, their Club membership will be suspended immediately and no Club privileges will be allowed.

  3. Accounts 61 - 90 days past due for the 1st time in a rolling 12 month period: Member will be notified by mail and email (if we have a valid email address) that their membership has been

  5. The member will be notified that their membership will be revoked if their past due balance is not paid by the 25th of the month.

  6. Accounts over 90 days past due: Club membership will be revoked, thus allowing the Club to take in a new member immediately. No more dues will accrue to the former member’s account other than the 1.5% per month fee assessed on the unpaid balance. At manager’s discretion, the account may be turned over to a collection agency.

  7. If a membership goes past due 61 - 90 days for a 2nd time in the same rolling 12 month period, the membership will be revoked. Member will be notified by mail and email (if we have a valid email address) that their membership has been revoked, thus allowing the Club to take in a new membership immediately. No more dues will accrue to the former member’s account other than the 1.5% per month fee assessed on the unpaid balance, which remains due. At manager’s discretion, the account may be turned over to a collection agency.
