The Finance and Audit Committee oversees the accounting policies, processes, and controls of the club, and monitors the overall financial condition of the club. The chair and the GM together create an annual budget for approval by the board. This committee meets monthly or as needed.
Composition: Comprised of the Treasurer of the Board, the GM, and at least 3 additional members who may be Trustees and/or members at large. The treasurer acts as chair unless another committee member is appointed to chair by the President or the committee.
