It’s that time of year for the Annual Barbecue!
Join us on Thursday, July 19th starting at 5:30 pm for the Club’s Annual Block Party & Barbecue.
This year we will have live music, corn hole tournament, pool games, face painting, snow cones, tennis exhibition (players TBD), and a barbecue dinner.
Calling all Grillers! We need help with grilling duties and are asking for volunteers to do a one hour shift to cook hamburgers, hot dogs and veggie burgers! If you could be a Grillin’ King or Queen, we would appreciate it! We need three people per one hour shift starting at 5:00 pm with three shifts.
Also, we could use some help in the kitchen with food prep! We have the following shifts to fill: 4:00-5:00 (1 person), 4:30-5:30 (2 people), 5:30-6:15 (2 people), 6:15-7:00 (2 people) and 7:00-8:00 (2 people).
Please email pmchugh@irvingtonclub.com if you would be available for Grillin’ or Kitchen duty. The more volunteers we have the better!
