Click HERE for tournament home page 2017 Tournament Entry Form PDF Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling will be allowed per pros discretion and opponents agreement on court time during tournament hours and if it can be played before the next scheduled match day & time. If your match can’t be rescheduled, the Sub Rules will be in effect. Substitution Rules Losers of the semifinal match will move into the finals if both finalists are unable to play at the scheduled day and time. A substitute is allowed to play in the finals. Please see rules #3 and #4 for exclusions. A sub may play in the main or consolation draw so long as they are not currently in that draw. Substitutes are not allowed to substitute back into a match versus opponents they have already played. If you have entered two draws, you are allowed to substitute into the third draw if your schedule permits. No subbing for singles.

  Ladies Night at the Pool Monday, August 7th 5:30 – 8:30 pm Ladies, It is your night at the pool! Bring your bathing suit and enjoy an evening with us. There will be wine from Galaxy Wine Company and you will get to taste before you purchase ($5.00 per glass). We will have a variety of wines for you to choose from and the Club will provide some tasty finger foods prepared by Club Member Stacey Burkhart. All baseball enthusiasts come and bring a friend and watch a great documentary about the Portland Mavericks, a defunct minor league baseball team that played five seasons in the Class A-Short Season NW League from 1973-1977.The Portland Mavericks, owned by actor Bing Russell, was an independent team, without the affiliation of a parent team in the major leagues. The film was directed by Chapman and Maclain Way, grandsons of Bing Russell, and features Russell’s son, actor Kurt Russell, who played for the Mavericks and worked as a vice president. It also includes batboy Todd Field, Frank “The Flake” Peters, Joe Garza, Jim Bouton, and Joe Garagiola. Cancellation Policy for Summer Lessons & Swim Team

Please familiarize yourself with the Club’s new cancellation policy regarding summer tennis & swim lessons. This policy change is in effect for Summer 2017.   Junior Summer Tennis, Swim Lesson & Swim Team Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 15 days or more in advance of the lesson start date for a FULL refund. Cancellations made between 8 & 14 days in advance of the lesson start date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 8 days of the lesson start date will not be refunded.
