The Adult Swim Class is designed to promote fitness through lap swimming. Group workouts and instruction are lead by the Swim Team coaching staff. The class is geared towards lap swimmers who may be looking for a change in their routine, athletes who are looking to add swimming to their workout regime, tri-athletes, or anyone interested in improving their efficiency in the water. The class is offered:
- Tuesday & Thursday ~ 6:30 – 7:45 am
- Sunday ~ 8:15 – 9:30 am
Non-members may attend the Sunday Class … please sign-in and pay at the front desk.
